Our Onboarding Process
Once our company is contacted via phone, fax, or web with a referral for you, we will begin the onboarding. Our customer service representative will contact you to go over the step by step process and answer any questions you may have.
First, we will complete a benefits investigation with your insurance company and obtain your estimate of cost. We will then go over your patient responsibility, if any, with you. Our goal is to complete this step within 48 hours of receiving the referral.
Next, we will contact your doctor for clinical information to support your insurance company’s medical policy for the products you are requesting. Once the documentation is on file, if needed, we will file a prior authorization with your insurance for approval for the services requested. Once approved, we will ship the supplies to you through UPS so you will receive your order in 2 business days.
