Eloise D. Keene, MS, MPH, RD, LDN, LD, CDE
Eloise D. Keene is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietician with Diabetes Management and Supplies. She has 19 years of experience in diabetes education, nutrition and public health – helping to serve patients in all aspects of their diabetes self‐management journeys from technology to nutrition and beyond. Eloise holds two Master’s Degrees: Public Health from San Diego State University and Nutrition from the University of Florida. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals manage their diabetes, with a strong focus on insulin pump and CGM device selection and meal planning for specific dietary needs. As a leader in DMS’ accredited Self‐Management Education Services Program, she brings her expertise through one‐on‐one patient counseling, educational content for patient newsletters, and attendance at community classes, health fairs, school programs and support groups. Eloise has held the role of Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at DMS for the last six years. She works each day to touch the lives of those we serve by fulfilling DMS’ mission to help increase patients’ diabetes self‐management.
